Master S Degree Building Technology Design

The Master’s Degree Building Technology & Design studies building design processes and the evaluation of design alternatives. It covers a conceptual building design, including area requirements, space layout, structures, enclosure systems, and services. It also includes site preparation and earthwork, wood framing, masonry, concrete forming, precast construction, industrialized building, shoring, and underpinning.

Delivery is online via distance learning. The program structure is 70% textbooks and 30% project, with research methodology and a final project or thesis included in the degree. The degree requires 36 to 54 academic credits, delivered as a mix of Building Technology & Design Online credits and additional subjects. Fees include the program of study, textbooks, study guide, evaluation and assessment, diploma, and transcript.
