Master S Degree Executive Leadership

The Master’s Degree Executive Leadership at Bircham International University is a distance learning program for adults and professionals. It focuses on how managers develop skills and strategies to act more like a coach to employees, tap into employees’ strengths, inspire productivity, confront inappropriate behavior, and turn problem employees into productive workers. The program provides specialized training and practical knowledge aligned with the student’s concentration.

Students study online through distance learning. The program has a composition that includes 36 academic credits for Executive Leadership Online and additional subjects. Research methodology and a final project or thesis account for 13 academic credits. The program structure is 70% textbooks and 30% project, with 36 to 54 academic credits above a Bachelor’s program, and a duration that ranges from 9 to 12 months.
