Master S Degree Hydrology

The Master’s Degree Hydrology introduces the main components of the hydrologic cycle, including precipitation processes, evapotranspiration, soil water and groundwater flow, and surface water features. It emphasizes atmospheric and geologic processes that control water movement in the cycle at global and local scales, with environmental impacts of urbanization and land-use management. The program is delivered through distance learning and provides specialized training for adult professionals.

The program structure is 70% textbooks and 30% project. It requires 36 to 54 academic credits above a bachelor’s program. The credit composition includes 27 academic credits for Hydrology Online and 13 academic credits for research methodology and a final project or thesis. Courses include Hydrology online subjects such as Drinking Water & Health and Climate Change.
