Master S Degree International Law

This Master’s Degree in International Law via distance learning examines the nature and sources of international law. It covers international institutions and forms of dispute resolution, problems in private and governmental practices affected by international relations, recognition and non-recognition of governments and nations, interpretation of treaties and other international agreements, and jurisdiction of nations.

The course also covers the effect of peace and war, and the formation, operation, and function of various international agreements, as well as matters of international claims. The program has 70% textbooks and 30% project, with a duration range of 9 to 12 months. It includes research methodology and a final project or thesis.
