Master S Degree Meteorology

The Master’s Degree in Meteorology via distance learning covers the concepts and laws of dynamic meteorology and the application of thermodynamics to planetary atmospheres and hydrostatics. It also considers the dynamics of ocean currents and their interactions with the atmosphere. Students study Meteorology Online plus additional subjects and a research methodology component with a final project or thesis.

The program runs as a distance learning course for adults over 25 years of age. The structure is 70% textbooks and 30% project. It requires 36 to 54 academic credits, with 24 academic credits in Meteorology Online and 13 academic credits for research methodology and the final project or thesis. Fees include textbooks, a study guide, and evaluation and assessment, plus a diploma and transcript.
