Master S Degree Operations Management

The Master’s Degree Operations Management at Bircham International University provides an analytical approach to solving problems in production and operations management. It studies quantitative methods for designing and analyzing manufacturing operations, simulation of manufacturing operations, and manufacturing issues such as just-in-time production, synchronous manufacturing, and agile manufacturing.

The program also covers competitiveness-enhancing techniques, including continuous improvement, benchmarking, and business process re-engineering. It is delivered online via distance learning with a structure of 70% textbooks and 30% project, including a research methodology component and a final project or thesis.
