Master S Degree Organizational Studies

The Master’s Degree in Organizational Studies at Bircham International University focuses on the inter-disciplinary study of collective activity and how it relates to organization, organizing, and management. The program aims to support understanding of organizations, organizing and the organized, and its social relevance. It provides specialized training tied to a student’s concentration.

Students study via distance learning. The program structure is 70% textbooks and 30% project. It includes research methodology and a final project or thesis, with 36 to 54 academic credits above a Bachelor’s program. Admission is open for adults over 25 years of age, and a Bachelor’s degree or international equivalent is required.
