The Master’s Degree in Social Community Management (via distance learning) focuses on developing, maintaining, and nurturing customer relationships through social media. It covers engagement, customer service, responding to complaints, and engaging with an online community, with an emphasis on building goodwill, reputation, and trust and authority online.
Students study through distance learning with a program structure of 70% textbooks and 30% project work. The qualification requires 36 to 54 academic credits above a Bachelor’s program. The program includes Social Community Management Online and a research methodology component with a final project or thesis.
