The Master’s Degree in Urban Development (via distance learning) studies urban economics and its impacts on real estate development. It focuses on land allocation, location theory, rent and value theory, factors affecting the growth and decline of cities, and the role of governmental regulation, policy, and finance in controlling real estate and urban development.
