Master S Degree Urban Planning Design

The Master’s Degree in Urban Planning & Design at Bircham International University focuses on the effective implementation of urban designs and their past heritage. It also covers theories of city building, the elements and patterns of the city, and the evolution of city-shaping urban forms. The program uses methods for urban morphological analysis to express community values and goals in the design of cities.

Students study online via distance learning. The program structure is 70% textbooks and 30% project. It includes training through courses tied to the student’s concentration, plus a research methodology component and a final project or thesis. The program requires 36 to 54 academic credits above a Bachelor’s program, with a duration that ranges from 9 to 12 months.
