The Master’s Degree in Wellness & Health at Bircham International University is delivered via distance learning and uses an approach to wellness and health management. The course covers how to assess wellness status and make improvements, including physical activity, nutrition, self-esteem, emotional intelligence, sexuality, and spiritual wellness. It also includes research methodology and a final project or thesis.
Students complete a program worth 36 to 54 academic credits. The program structure is 70% textbooks and 30% project. Distance learning is supported by an academic supervisor, and students study through an online set of Wellness & Health subjects plus additional subjects as needed, including research methodology and final project or thesis.
Admission is for adults over 25 years of age who hold a bachelor’s degree or international equivalent. The fees include the program of study, textbooks, study guide, evaluation and assessment, diploma, and transcript. Payment plans are available upon request up to 36 monthly installments.
