Master Universitario en Doctrina Social de La Iglesia

The Master Universitario in Doctrina Social de la Iglesia (Online) is an official master focused on the social and community dimension of the Church, including how the Church is situated within contemporary societies and how relationships between Church and society have developed. It studies the historical and cultural development of those relationships and the role of the Church’s social thought.

The programme is delivered online and totals 60 credits. It is structured around subjects that cover anthropological foundations, political science and economics, the history of western thought, the theological foundations of the Church’s social doctrine, and social teaching in relation to pedagogy and integral development. It also includes biblical foundations, human mobility, interculturality and identity, integral ecology, pastoral social work and charity, and a final master’s thesis.
