Pre-Depósito de La Tesis Doctoral at Universidad de Zaragoza covers the steps for submitting your doctoral thesis for acceptance as a formality after you complete the thesis work and prepare the corresponding thesis document. It applies when you are still within your period of stay in the doctoral programme and before that time ends.

You must submit an admission request for processing of the thesis through the Solicit@ platform, addressed to the administrative office of the programme, with the required documentation. Thesis preparation in co-supervision must be deposited in all participating universities. Pre-deposit must be completed during the academic year of enrolment; if it is submitted after the end of the academic year indicated in the academic calendar, enrolment must be formalised for the new academic year. Directors submit a report to the Academic Committee via electronic registry.
