University of Boras Sweden Scholarships for International Students

The University of Borås offers a limited number of scholarships for students required to pay tuition fees for autumn semesters. The scholarships are intended to cover the tuition fee by approximately 75%, and they are not designed to cover living costs. The tuition fee is reduced by the amount of the tuition fee waiver, rather than paid as a monetary amount.

The scholarships are for applicants who have applied to one or more of the master’s programmes listed in the application information. The University does not offer scholarships for bachelor’s level programmes or for artistic programmes. For students already enrolled in a two-year programme at the University of Borås, it is possible to apply for a scholarship covering 75% of the tuition fees for the remaining two semesters.

Selection is based on the University’s criteria, including good study records and qualifications that the University assesses to be in line with its prioritised educational or research areas. The scholarships have limited availability, and there is no guarantee that remaining funds will be allocated to scholarships for current students.
