The Graduate Diploma in International Hospitality Management at Les Roches International School of Hotel Management is designed as a fastest route into hospitality management for career switchers and recent graduates. The program starts with a two-week Hospitality Immersion Program (HIP) that covers Food & Beverage Operations Management and Rooms Division Operations Management, then moves into an academic semester focused on leadership and business/operational knowledge.
After the academic semester, students complete a six-month professional internship. The program also includes a business field trip, described as a week-long trip with exposure to hotel operations and direct interactions with senior managers, plus active participation during property visits. An optional Postgraduate Diploma to MBA track is available.
