Master in International Management

The Master of Science in International Management develops management skills for leading internationally and in international settings. The programme includes a selection of electives, projects, and personalised research. It focuses on cross-cultural management and cooperation, sustainable leadership, and ethical engagement, including strategic, ethically grounded decisions and responsible management in global contexts.

Students take part in learning onsite in Olten with teaching language English. The programme includes electives, international experiences, and research projects, supporting students to build a unique profile. Double degree options are available, subject to entry conditions, and students can pursue a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Business and Management subject to partner universities’ entry criteria and conditions.
