Master in International Management

The MSc in International Management focuses on cross-cultural management and cooperation, sustainable leadership, and ethical engagement. Students study strategic, ethically grounded decisions, cultural distinctiveness, responsible management, and sustainable development through elective choices, projects, and personalised research.

Learning is delivered onsite in English. The programme uses electives and research projects alongside project-oriented learning. It offers 90 ECTS credits and takes 1.5 to 2 years. Students can also pursue double degree options subject to entry conditions.

This programme is for people who want to lead internationally or in an international setting and take responsibility for global developments. Graduates are prepared for specialist and leadership roles in international companies, NGOs, or public organisations, and may pursue a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Business and Management subject to partner universities’ entry criteria and conditions.
