About this program

The Executive Master of Advanced Studies in Luxury Management and Guest Experience is an executive degree for experienced managers. It builds knowledge of the luxury sector through four leadership-focused distance learning modules: Exploring New Luxury Ecosystems, Branding in the Digital World, Delivering Excellence in Guest Experiences, and Implementing a Sustainable Luxury Strategy.

Study while working with a manageable workload of 14–18 hours per week. Learning includes online modules delivered through Live Connect sessions, plus residential weeks in Switzerland and the UK. The program also includes executive coaching and a Business Research Project produced in collaboration with a partner company.
