Master of Science in Imprenditoria Culinaria

The Master of Science in Culinary Entrepreneurship at Business and Hotel Management School prepares students to combine culinary creativity with business skills. The program focuses on entrepreneurial and financial competence, including budgeting for startups, cash flow forecasting, and creating investor presentations. It also covers skills for innovation and sustainability in food and beverages, plus a global view on starting, growing, and expanding food businesses.

Learning includes workshops and mentoring with entrepreneurs, investors, and innovation leaders. Students take part in a business incubation study to turn an idea into a sustainable business, develop prototypes, receive investor feedback, and produce a complete business plan with an investor-ready presentation. The program also includes creative culinary laboratories, food markets, and field experiences. An optional 6-month internship in Switzerland or abroad is available.

A student must have completed one of the following:

• Completed the post-graduate Diploma in Culinary Arts at BHMS, or
• A recognized bachelor’s degree in a culinary field, or
• A recognized degree in a non-culinary discipline, combined with a passion for food and/or experience in the food and beverage sector

Level IELTS 6.0 or equivalent.
