Diploma in Agriculture Uda

The Diploma in Agriculture integrates agricultural and support sciences including social sciences with agricultural technology. Studies include information technology and communication skills relevant to the field. The course delivery involves lectures, tutorials, projects, field and laboratory practicals, and field visits, with some courses specifically held at the University Field Station to provide practical experience from farm to table. Graduates qualify for admission to certain BSc programmes in Faculty of Food and Agriculture at the second-year level.

CSEC minimum passes: 5 including English Language and Mathematics; CAPE minimum passes: 0; Alternative qualifications deemed acceptable by the Faculty of Food and Agriculture.
