Bachelor of Human Resource Management

The Bachelor of Human Resource Management at Ndejje University equips students with skills for managing people, workplace relations, and organizational development. Students study recruitment, employee performance, staff welfare, human resources planning, performance management, employee compensation management, and employee training and development, alongside workplace policies and labour-related topics.

The course runs over three years with day or weekend study mode. It is organised by year and semester, including modules such as Introduction to Human Resource Management, Human Resource Entry Management, Strategic Management, and Human Resources Training & Development. The program also includes Human Resource tools and systems for decision-making and covers labor laws and organizational policies.

Direct Entry

• Uganda Certificate of Education (UCE) with at least 5 passes
• Uganda Advanced Certificate of Education (UACE) with at least 2 principal passes.

Diploma Entry

• A relevant diploma in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field from a recognized institution.

Mature Age Entry

• Candidates must have passed a recognized Mature Age Entry Examination and be at least 25 years old.

International Applicants

• Qualifications equivalent to Uganda Advanced Level, with certified academic documents and proof of English proficiency where applicable.
