Diploma in Institutional Adm Management

The Diploma in Institutional Administration & Management at Ndejje University prepares students to plan, organize, and manage institutional operations in public and private sectors. Students build a foundation in institutional governance, office administration, human resource management, financial management, records management, and organizational leadership.

The award is a diploma and the program runs on the Main/Kampala campus. Study is delivered in Day/Weekend mode over a 2-year course. The program includes practical, hands-on training in real institutional environments, and it prepares graduates to apply administration and management principles, manage records and resources, and support human resource and financial administrative processes.

Direct Entry

• Uganda Certificate of Education (UCE) with at least 5 passes
• Uganda Advanced Certificate of Education (UACE) with at least 1 principal pass

Diploma Entry (Upgrade / Credit Transfer)

• Relevant certificate in Business, Administration, or related field from a recognized institution by NCHE

Mature Age Entry

• A minimum score of 50% in a recognized Mature Age Entry Examination

International Applicants

• Secondary school completion equivalent to Uganda’s A-Level
• Academic documents must be equated where necessary
• Proof of English proficiency if prior education was not in English
