Graduate Diploma in Culinary Arts Pgdca

The Graduate Diploma in Culinary Arts (PGDCA) from Kyambogo University School of Vocational Studies is designed to enhance professional skills in food and beverage business management, artistic cooking of savoury foods and various cuisines, and professional food presentation through garnishing and decoration techniques. It also covers menu design and management and pastry and confectionery products.

The program lasts 1 year across 2 semesters. Tuition fees are 2,500,000 UGX per annum. Applications are submitted through an online form, with a non-refundable application fee and a completed application package submitted to the Office of the Dean, School of Vocational Studies.

Applicants must possess a Second Class Bachelor’s Degree in any field of study or its equivalent from a recognized institution.
