Hospitality and Tourism Leadership Graduate Certificate

The Hospitality and Tourism Leadership Graduate Certificate at the University of West Florida is a fully online program that helps students analyze key elements of complex global hospitality and tourism problems or opportunities and present solutions for organizational success. The curriculum includes strategic leadership, Hospitality Financial Analysis & Revenue Optimization, and Service Experience Marketing for Hospitality Management.

Students complete an effective written analysis report and an oral presentation based on their analysis of key elements of a complex global hospitality and tourism problem or opportunity. The certificate requires completion of the required courses with a C or better, with a combined grade point average of 3.0 or higher for the certificate-required course.

To be considered for admission, you must be admitted to the University of West Florida’s online Hospitality and Tourism Leadership Graduate Certificate program as a graduate non-degree-seeking student.

• Students must have completed a bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Tourism or the equivalent.
• This certificate requires completion of the required courses with a C or better.
• Participants must secure a combined grade point average of 3.0 or higher for the course required by the certificate.
