About this program

The Savannah Technical College Bistro Savoir Educatif master class demonstrations and wine dinners are fundraising events hosted by Chef Jean Vendeville. Each month features a different theme and instruction, with wine dinners in the same series format, and proceeds support the Boiardi Culinary Exchange Scholarship for an educational exchange for Savannah Technical College Culinary and Baking and Pastry Arts students.

The series runs from 6–9PM in the Eckburg Auditorium. Tickets cost $125 per master class, and a season pass is available for four classes for $450. Seating is limited. The Fall schedule includes Festival des fruits de mer, Southwest of France, Bistro Savoir Interactif, Contemporary Thanksgiving Feast, and Sweet and Savory Pastry.

Students selected for the Fall Culinary Exchange were selected based on grade point average, exceptional classroom performance, and personal interviews.
