The Master of Education in Innovation and Divergent Learning prepares educators and support professionals to design engaging instruction using innovative teaching strategies, meaningful assessment, and instructional technology. You explore cultural, social, and cognitive factors that shape how students learn, and you develop skills to differentiate instruction, design valid and reliable assessments, and create instructional plans that support growth and learner strengths.
The program uses online hybrid learning with synchronous and asynchronous formats. You collaborate with peers and faculty while keeping flexibility, and you can complete the degree in as few as three semesters. Courses run as 7-week courses across Fall, Spring and Summer sessions, with a 20-hour weekly commitment that varies. The program is a 36-hour program with transfer up to 9.
