Bachelor of Science in Human Resource Management

The Bachelor of Science in Human Resource Management develops professionals to manage people strategically and effectively in modern organisations. Students learn core HR areas including recruitment and selection, training and development, performance management, reward and compensation, labour relations, labour law, and business management principles. The course combines theory and practice with industry-informed teaching, research engagement, and collaboration with organisations. This provides insight into how HR supports organisational performance and employee well-being in public and private sectors. Graduates can pursue careers as Human Resources officers, talent acquisition specialists, training and development officers, compensation and benefits officers, labour relations specialists, HR business partners, or progress into HR management roles with experience and further development.
