The Bachelor of Commerce Honours Degree in Business Administration and Management at Zimbabwe Ezekiel Guti University covers financial accounting, business ethics, economics, marketing, computing, communication skills, business law, management, quantitative analysis, human resources management, business communication, company law, and business information systems. It also includes enterprise risk management, family and small business management, consumer behaviour, leadership, and business research methods.

Teaching is organised by semesters, with a research project and modules in strategic management, corporate governance, non-profit management, production and operations management, advanced organisational behaviour, and managerial economics. Work related learning runs across both semesters and includes a student report, an academic supervisor’s report on work related learning, and an employer’s report for work related learning. The programme also includes public relations and customer care, entrepreneurship theory and practice, project management, and management of international business.
