The Bachelor of Commerce (Honours) in Human Resources Management at Zimbabwe Open University is an advanced undergraduate programme that develops strategic, analytical, and professional competencies for managing people in organisations. Students study labour relations, organisational behaviour, talent acquisition, performance management, and strategic human resources development.
The curriculum includes 32 examinable courses, a supervised research project, and a work-related learning component made up of a Student’s Work Related Learning Report and Work Related Learning Continuous Assessment. Students can register for courses with pre-requisites after completing those pre-requisites. A minimum of 528 credit points is required to meet the programme requirements.
