Bachelor of Science Honours Degree in Agri Business Management

The Bachelor of Science Honours Degree in Agri-Business Management at Zimbabwe Ezekiel Guti University covers economics of agriculture, crop and animal production, rural sociology and development, ethics, and natural resource management. Students study quantitative methods for business, agricultural microeconomics and macroeconomics, agribusiness marketing, enterprise management, leadership and entrepreneurship, and research methods. The programme also includes communication and information management, business law, and human resource management.

Teaching is organised by semesters and includes industrial placement/attachment and a research project. Industrial placement/attachment takes place across the entire Year 3, and it is supported by modules such as Agricultural Industry Practice and Farm Practical and Industrial Placement/Attachment. In the final stage, students complete a Research Project alongside modules such as Agribusiness Strategy and Planning, Agribusiness Financing and Banking, Agribusiness Value Chain Analysis, and Agribusiness Accounting and Taxation.
