Bachelor of Science Honours Degree in Digital Technology

The Bachelor of Science Honours Degree in Digital Technology at Zimbabwe Ezekiel Guti University covers computer programming, emerging technologies in practice, systems analysis and design, operating systems, databases systems, website design and internet computing, software engineering, object oriented programming, and data communications and networks. It also includes mathematical concepts for computing, computer ethics, entrepreneurship theory and practice, research methods for computing and technology, and security and mobile computing topics.

Teaching is organised by semesters and includes a work related learning component with continuous assessment reports and a work related learning project, taking place across both semesters. The programme also features research through a research project and other project-focused modules such as mobile application development, cloud infrastructure and services, workshop practice, and distributed systems.
