Diploma in Hr Analytics

The Diploma in HR Analytics at Zimbabwe Ezekiel Guti University covers principles of Human Resources Management and HR Analytics, including data collection and management, HR metrics and KPIs, data analysis techniques, and tools and technologies for HR analytics. You also study communication skills and information literacy, introduction to computers, research methods, ethics and entrepreneurship, and a research project.

The program is organised across two semesters in Year 1. Semester 1 includes modules such as Principles of Human Resources Management, Introduction to HR Analytics, Data Collection and Management, and HR Metrics and KPIs, plus Communication Skills & Information Literacy, Introduction to Computers, and Research Methods. Semester 2 includes Data Analysis Techniques, Tools and Technologies for HR Analytics, Implementing HR Analytics, and the Research Project, along with Ethics and Entrepreneurship.
