Diploma in Microfinance Management

The Diploma in Microfinance Management at Zimbabwe Ezekiel Guti University includes study of Financial Accounting 1a, Financial Accounting 1b, Business Ethics, Business Law, Principles of Microeconomics, Principles of Macroeconomics, Mathematics for Economists 1, Statistics for Economists 1, Principles of Management, and Introduction to Computers. Students also complete Communication Skills and Foundations in these economics and management areas during the first year.

The program is organised into year 1 with Semester 1 and Semester 2 modules. Semester 1 includes CAC112 Financial Accounting 1a, CBM111 Business Ethics, CEC112 Principles of Microeconomics, CEC113 Mathematics for Economists 1, CEC114 Statistics for Economists 1, UWC100 Introduction to Computers, and UWC140 Communication Skills. Semester 2 includes CAC121 Financial Accounting 1b, CAC122 Business Law, CBM121 Principles of Management, and CEC121 and CEC122 economics modules.
