Diploma in Occupational Health and Safety

The Diploma in Occupational Health and Safety at Zimbabwe Ezekiel Guti University is a two-year program covering environmental and occupational safety through units such as Environmental and Occupational Safety Legislation and Governance, Introduction to Occupational Safety and Health, and Environmental Impact Assessment. Students also study Waste Management, Environmental Management System, and Ergonomics.

The program is organised into Year 1 (Semester 1 and Semester 2) and Year 2 (Semester 1). It includes a Work Related Learning component and a Research Project. Teaching is supported by e-Learning, and Year 2 Semester 1 includes DOSH211 Work Related Learning and DOSH212 Research Project.
