Master of Business Leadership Emb

The Executive Master of Business Leadership (EMB) is a multi-disciplinary degree designed for Senior Executive/Managers in industry, commerce, the public sector, and non-governmental organizations. Students study financial management for business leaders, strategic human resource management, strategic marketing management, operations management, strategic management, and project management. They also cover strategic leadership and organizational dynamics, business research methods, corporate governance and business ethics, management information systems and e-business, and entrepreneurship and new business development.

The programme structure is adapted to the needs of participants, balancing work and study. Classes typically take place in the evenings and at weekends. The course includes a Capstone Project in Part 2 Semester 1.

Normal Entry

• A Bachelor’s degree in Management Sciences with a 2.2 grade or better;
• At least 5 years Management experience;
• Minimum 30 years of age; and
• English and Mathematics at Ordinary Level.

Mature Entry

• Minimum 40 years of age;
• At least 10 years management experience;
• Possession of Professional Qualification in Management Sciences; and
• English and Mathematics at Ordinary Level
