3. Stipend for Books and Materials: A one-time grant of $401,321 COP at the start of the academic program.

Eligibility Criteria for Colombia Government Scholarships

• Eligible Countries: Open to all countries worldwide
• Nationality: Must be a foreign citizen without Colombian nationality, not residing in Colombia.
• Age: Must be under 50 years old.
• Education: Hold a professional or bachelor’s degree.
• Academic Performance: Maintain an average of 4.0 out of 5.0 or its equivalent on the Colombian scale.
• Admission: Possess admission to at least one graduate program listed in the Catalog of Academic Offer General Call 2023.
• Document Submission: All required documents should be sent physically to ICETEX offices in Bogotá.
