Douglas College offers Project Management Certification Prep Courses that prepare learners for PMI®-aligned CAPM® and PMP® certification exams. Students study project scope, time, cost, quality, risk, and stakeholder management in Project Management Fundaments, then move into CAPM® or PMP® exam preparation through instructor-led sessions with case studies and practice exams.

Course delivery is offered in compact formats for working professionals, with options available online or in person. Project Management Fundaments runs for 2 days, the CAPM® Exam Prep Bootcamp runs for 3 days, and the PMP® Exam Prep Bootcamp runs for 5 days. Each bootcamp includes expert-led lectures and extensive practice exams.
