Diploma in Prépa Optique

Prépa Optique is a Diploma program taught at Ecole Supérieure d'Optique, France. Intake: September or February. The program is offered in campus-based modes with full-time (1 year) options.

The Prépa Optique at Ecole Supérieure d'Optique is a preparation year for students who want to strengthen their scientific knowledge and progressively discover jobs in optics before entering the BTS Opticien Lunetier. It develops the bases needed to continue studies in the optics sector, while supporting students to confirm their study orientation and build confidence ahead of a diploma program.

The training combines scientific upgrading, professional discovery, and pedagogical support. It includes optics-focused teaching such as Activités professionnelles, Otpique instrumentale, and Optique physiologique, plus general education covering anglais professionnel, expression et gestion commerciale, and mathématiques appliquées.

Students also complete practical work in choix de l’équipement optimal, réalisation technique: montages optiques et réparations de lunettes, and vente dans l’optique. Delivery is available in person (campuses including Bordeaux, Lille, Lyon, Marseille, Nancy, Nantes, Rennes, Paris Sud, and Toulouse) or remotely via ISO Digital, with a full-time rhythm.
