Smart Building Engineering & Management is a Bachelor program taught at Hochschule Albstadt-Sigmaringen, Germany. Intake: Fall, Spring. The program is offered in campus-based modes with full-time (4 years) options.

Smart Building Engineering and Management (SBM) is a Bachelor programme at Hochschule Albstadt-Sigmaringen. Students study technical and scientific foundations for smart buildings, along with economic and legal foundations. The programme also includes modules such as Building Automation and Control Systems, Building Information Modeling, and Building Engineering, plus applied modules in areas including cycles and building systems, cleaning engineering, and hygiene management.

The study model includes an early phase with foundation modules across the first four semesters, then a Praxissemester. In the later semesters, students complete application projects in cooperation with an industry company, and write their Bachelor-Thesis preferably in an industry company. The programme allows study in full-time or part-time, with the option to participate online when needed.
