Master's in Life Science Innovation
Introduction
Life Science Innovation is a Masters program taught at Hochschule Albstadt-Sigmaringen, Germany. Intake: Fall, Spring. The program is offered in campus-based modes with full-time (1–2 years) options.
Life Science Innovation is a research-oriented Master’s program that prepares students for product or process design in the life science industry. Students acquire research qualifications across topics including product and process innovation, packaging materials and processes, sustainability, and standardization and regulation in the life science industry. The program also includes planning research proposals and scientific writing.
Hochschule Albstadt-Sigmaringen offers all modules on campus, and students can study from home and only be at the university a few times per week. The study plan runs over 3 semesters, including Business Development and Project Management, an Innovation Project, and a Master thesis.
The program is held exclusively in English, and German language skills are an advantage but not a prerequisite. It can lead to career paths in production companies in the life science industry, process engineering or facility construction companies, universities and research institutes such as Fraunhofer Institutes, and the university’s own research institutes.

Admission Requirements
The minimum requirements for admission in Life Science Innovation at Hochschule Albstadt-Sigmaringen for all applicants (Domestic or International) are:
- program specific academic requirment set by Hochschule Albstadt-Sigmaringen.
- English Language OR any other language requirments as set by Hochschule Albstadt-Sigmaringen as pre-requiste for admission in Life Science Innovation.
