Introduction

Kindheitspädagogik is a Bachelor program taught at IU Internationale Hochschule GmbH, Germany. Intake: Fall, Spring. The program is offered in campus-based modes with full-time (180 ECTS) options.

IU Internationale Hochschule GmbH offers the Bachelor in Kindheitspädagogik (B.A.) as a distance-learning program. Students learn kindheitspädagogische knowledge in Betreuung, Bildung, and Erziehung, plus Handlungskompetenzen such as Beziehungsgestaltung, Bildung, Kommunikation, Interaktion, and Kooperation.

The program is modular and awards ECTS points after successful module completion. It includes an Anerkennungspraktikum in the Wahlpflichtbereich D (100 days) to support state recognition as a Kindheitspädagog:in. Modules include projects and research methods, such as qualitative and quantitative research methods, and the Bachelorarbeit.

Studies are 100% flexible in full-time or Berufsbegleitend modes. Students take 24/7 online exams, use the online campus and Lern-KI Syntea, and complete exams either online or at the next Prüfungszentrum. After graduation, students are qualified to act as a handlungsfähige Fachkraft and to support children, parents, families, and the necessary cooperation systems as a Kindheitspädagog:in.
