Introduction

Diploma in Human Resource Management Odl is a Diploma program taught at Perdana University, Malaysia. Intake: January, June, September. The program is offered in campus-based modes with full-time (2 years 3 months) options.

The Diploma in Human Resource Management at Perdana University (ODL) trains students for work in human resources. The curriculum covers Human Resource Management, Human Resource Planning and Staffing, Performance Management, Human Resource Development, Compensation Management, and International HRM. Students also study related business and workplace subjects such as Principles of Management, Organisational Behaviour, Business Communications, Business Law, Business Ethics, and Strategic Management.

The minimum requirements for admission in Diploma in Human Resource Management Odl at Perdana University for all applicants (Domestic or International) are:

Possesses SKM Level 3 in the related field
A Certificate (Level 3, MQF) in the related field with at least CGPA of 2.00

A pass in Sijil Tinggi Agama Malaysia (STAM) with at least Grade Maqbul
