Mathematics and Computing with Integrated Foundation Year

Mathematics and Computing with Integrated Foundation Year is a Diploma program taught at Brunel University Uxbridge, UK. Intake: September. The program is offered in campus-based modes with full-time (4 years full-time; 5 years full-time with placement) options.

Brunel University Uxbridge offers Mathematics and Computing with Integrated Foundation Year. The foundation year covers material that would usually have been covered in A-level mathematics and ICT, so students can begin a BSc programme in mathematics or computing routes. Students choose modules from a Computing Route or a Mathematics Route, including Introduction to Computing, Programming, Introduction to Artificial Intelligence, Calculus, and Statistics.

The programme is delivered full-time and has a length of 4 years full-time. It also has a placement option with a length of 5 years full-time with placement. Compulsory modules include Study Skills and Discrete and Decision Mathematics, plus an introduction module aligned to each route. After completing the foundation year, students can progress directly into Level 1 of a degree programme in business computing, computer science, financial mathematics, mathematics, mathematics with computer science, or mathematics for data science.

The minimum requirements for admission in Mathematics and Computing with Integrated Foundation Year at Brunel University Uxbridge for all applicants (Domestic or International) are:
