Aerospace Engineering, M.S.
Introduction
Aerospace Engineering, M.S. is a Masters program taught at Bloomsburg University of Pennsylvania, USA. The program is offered in campus-based modes with full-time options.
The Aerospace Engineering doctoral program involves research in aerodynamics, propulsion, structures, flight mechanics, and space systems. Students develop aircraft and spacecraft technologies while contributing new knowledge, with work spanning aerodynamics, propulsion, materials, robotics, and autonomy.
Research is supported by close faculty mentorship and an interdisciplinary research environment. Students work in laboratories with advanced discovery tools such as wind tunnels, shock tubes, rocket and turbine thrust stands, a spacecraft maneuver testbed, and metacomposites research equipment. Computational work uses high-performance computing, including the AI.Panther HPC Cluster.
The program includes opportunities to collaborate on projects funded by NASA, the U.S. Air Force, the U.S. Space Force, the U.S. Navy, and the National Science Foundation. Graduate student assistantships may be available to full-time, degree-seeking graduate students, and teaching assistants and research assistants support faculty work on teaching and funded projects.
