Bachelor's in Self-Designed Major
Introduction
Self-Designed Major is a Bachelor program taught at Defiance College, USA. The program is offered in campus-based modes with full-time options.
The Self-Designed Major at Defiance College lets students create a major that fits their interests. With help from academic advisors and faculty, students build an interdisciplinary major and can include curriculum interests from different areas into one coordinated learning plan.
Students can design a major of up to 36 hours. They may pair the self-designed major with an existing minor. Applications for self-designed majors are submitted through myDC and must be submitted by the end of the sophomore year to the Registrar’s Office for approval.

Admission Requirements
The minimum requirements for admission in Self-Designed Major at Defiance College for all applicants (Domestic or International) are:
- program specific academic requirment set by Defiance College.
- English Language OR any other language requirments as set by Defiance College as pre-requiste for admission in Self-Designed Major.
