Bachelor's in Construction Engineering Major
Introduction
Construction Engineering Major is a Bachelor program taught at Las Positas College, USA. The program is offered in campus-based modes with full-time options.
The Construction Engineering Major at Colorado State University is a Bachelor of Science that combines civil engineering technical expertise with construction management for real-world project work. The major prepares students for full-cycle involvement, from the initial design vision to a completed project. Students choose from three focus areas: Heavy Civil Infrastructure, Structures and Buildings, and Water and Environmental Systems.
The program is offered on campus and is part of the Walter Scott, Jr. College of Engineering. Students use engineering and technical expertise to conceptualize and create designs for large-scale infrastructure, buildings, and water systems, with an emphasis on safety, speed, and build cost. They then apply business and project management expertise to see designs through to completion. The major is currently open to incoming freshmen only.
