Students can also gain hands-on money management experience through a student-managed investment fund and related activities, including company valuation work, a dividend discount model, and work with financial releases.
The finance curriculum covers treasury management & banking, investments & portfolio management, financial risk management, financial data analytics, big data analytics, machine learning applications in finance, FinTech, and real estate finance. Students have options through finance specializations, a minor in real estate that includes six selected courses, and finance-focused MBA and STEM M.S. programs. Daytime and evening classes are offered.
