Aalto University International Incentive Scholarships

Aalto University offers a limited number of scholarships as tuition fee waivers for fee-paying students. The university describes them as highly competitive and says they are given to top applicants.

The scholarships apply to students who are liable to pay tuition fees in Aalto University bachelor’s or master’s programmes taught in English. Aalto University says the scholarships are merit-based and are awarded on a competitive basis to the highest-achieving applicants according to the programme’s evaluation criteria.

Scholarship candidates are screened against the EU sanctions lists, and scholarships are not awarded to people on those lists. Aalto University also states that programmes may decide not to grant any scholarships and that the university reserves the right to change the scholarship programme.
