Bachelor of Arts in Communication Arts and Technology

The Bachelor of Arts in Communication Arts and Technology is a hands-on media and communications degree allowing students to concentrate in journalism, film, or integrated marketing communications. Students learn core production skills including web-design, graphic design, photography, videography, and audio production, along with communication skills such as oral, written, visual, and non-verbal communication.

The programme is structured in four levels, progressing from university preparation and foundational skills to competence building and professional development. It is delivered through a mix of online, face-to-face, and hybrid modalities, with studio modules taught in person due to their practical nature.

Graduates receive training for roles in the media and communication industry, equipped with ethical, technical, and professional skills to work independently or in teams using current and emerging technologies.

5 CSEC/GCE O-Level subjects including English Language. Applicants with English Literature, a Foreign Language and CAPE Units will have an advantage.
