The Bachelor of Science in Forensic Science is a 4-year undergraduate program delivered in person at Papine Campus. It provides rigorous scientific education combined with practical legal application. The program aligns with UN Sustainable Development Goal 16 and Jamaica's Vision, preparing students for roles in public safety, digital security, and the justice system. Students choose among three specializations: Forensic Chemistry & Toxicology, Forensic Biology, or Cyber Forensics. The course includes a mandatory 6-week externship in the third year with national or corporate partners to ensure practical readiness.
5 CSEC General Proficiency passes (Grades 1–3) or GCE 'O'Level (Grades A–C) including English Language, Mathematics PLUS a minimum of two (2) Science subjects from Chemistry, Physics, Biology, Integrated Science, or Information Technology. At least one (1) Science subject must be relevant to the chosen specialization.
